Intro to Spindle Spinning | Workshop | Includes Spindle, Carders and Fibre!!

Join us for an "Introduction to Spindle Spinning" workshop, where you'll learn the ancient and versatile art of turning fiber into beautiful yarn using a drop spindle. Perfect for beginners, this workshop will guide you through the basics of spinning, from preparing your fiber to mastering the technique of drafting and spinning. By the end of the class, you'll be well on your way to creating your very first skein of hand-spun yarn and the skills to continue spinning at home. This class has an option to include Ashford's Intro to Spinning Kit (a $100 value), which contains:

- One pair of Hand Carders Small (72PPSI 185 x 80mm)
- One Student Drop Spindle
- Introduction to Spinning Booklet – includes carding, spinning and plying instructions
- 150g of assorted fibre, including Corriedale, Merino, dyed English Leicester locks, Silk and Angelina
