Add a few simple techniques to your knitters tool belt with this simple herringbone hat, designed to play well with wild or speckled skeins. This simple motif can also help you align to the good things in your life. I invite you to set an intention as you cast on (something in positive language such as “I am healthy” or “I am happy”), and repeat this phrase to yourself 3 times every time you pick up your knitting. Watch this health habit grow alongside your rows, and feel the positivity seep into your life as you strengthen your mindfulness practice!
I designed this tuque with my dear friend and yoga teacher Michelle in mind. She values warmth, durability, and loves a little earthy texture. I learned so much about setting intention and mantra by her example and feel so honoured to be able to share this knowledge in my designs!
