Interchangeable Knitting Needles - Ginger Interchangeable Circular Needles Tips

How to pick your needles

Comfort and durability are KING when picking tools. We recommend trying a few different materials before investing in a full interchangeable set!

If you're struggling with stitches falling off your needles: choose wood for grippier feel!

If you're frustrated with splitting yarn and slower stitching: choose metal for slick, sharp tips!

If you find your fingers fatigue easily: try Foursquare needles (and rest more!).

Metal

Why we love them: Stainless steel, unbreakable, sleek, quick, sharp.

Wood

Why we love them: Warm, 'soft' touch, grippy, organic.

Square

Why we love them: ergonomics, easy grip, comfortable, relaxed hands.

Picking Cables

Stainless steel, nylon. Swivel or fixed. Options are more limited with cable choices.

If you are frustrated with tangled cables: switch to swivel cords!

If you struggle with breaking cords: opt for stainless steel.

If you're new and don't know what you love: start with fixed nylon cables!

And remember:

16" cables only work with Short tips!

32"+ is best for magic loop!

Swivel

Absolute game changer! Steel, and heaven to work with!
